WARNING Paragliding can be dangerous. I acknowledge that the Skyhigh Paragliding Club Inc. (hereinafter called Skyhigh) is only prepared to organise events on the basis that I accept ALL responsibility for risk of injury, including fatal injury.

I understand that it is a condition of participating in club events that all persons connected with the organising or staging of the competition, including Skyhigh and owners of any property around which flying takes place are absolved from all liability for all injury and damage, whether that liability arises from negligence or otherwise.

I agree to indemnify Skyhigh and each of the persons referred to in paragraph 2 above against any claim which may be made against them by any person arising out of any act or default on my part during the event or associated activity.

I agree to abide by the constitution and bye laws under which Skyhigh is run.
It is not intended by this agreement to exclude or modify in any way liabilities of the Skyhigh Paragliding Club, which cannot by law be excluded or modified. All other warranties are hereby expressly excluded.

In continuing to register I acknowledge that I have read and understood this warning and agreement.
